Sisterhood at TBS

Creating new friendships, continuing Jewish tradition, and contributing to the success of the Temple.

Welcome to Temple Shalom! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our congregation and even more excited to invite you to join our Sisterhood—a vibrant, warm, and welcoming community of women who share a love for Jewish life, learning, and connection.

The Sisterhood of Temple Shalom is more than just a group; it’s a place where friendships flourish, traditions come alive, and support for one another is woven into everything we do. Here, you’ll find women of all ages and backgrounds, each bringing her unique experiences, talents, and passions to strengthen our shared bond.

As a Sisterhood member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Celebrate Traditions: From festive holiday gatherings to meaningful Shabbat services, we honor our heritage with joy and respect.
  • Give Back: Our members are committed to Tikkun Olam—repairing the world. Through community service projects, we make a positive impact both inside and beyond our temple walls.
  • Learn and Grow: We offer programs and events that spark learning, whether it’s diving deeper into Jewish studies, exploring modern-day topics through a Jewish lens, or simply sharing stories and insights with each other.
  • Have Fun: With social events, retreats, and interest groups, there’s always something to look forward to with Sisterhood. Whether it’s a night of laughter or a peaceful afternoon, our gatherings are where memories are made.

By joining the Sisterhood, you’ll find a family that’s here for you, ready to laugh, learn, celebrate, and support each other through every season of life. Our members are the heart and soul of the temple, and we’re grateful for the unique light each person brings. Together, we’ll continue to make Temple Shalom a beacon of Jewish spirit and community on the Treasure Coast.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, ideas, or just to say hello! We look forward to getting to know you and having you join us in making our Sisterhood even stronger.

Welcome to Sisterhood, welcome to Temple Shalom, and welcome home.
