We encourage everyone to attend to hear about our accomplishments for the past year, get insight into our future and to vote for our incoming Board of Trustees as well as the budget for the next fiscal year.

Ballots were mailed to you. If you are attending in person, you may bring it with you. If you will not be at the meeting, please return it so that we can count quorum and finalize our new board and budget for our 2023/24 year.

IMPORTANT: Please only place ballots in the return envelopes. Anything else could get lost since ballots will be held and first opened at the meeting to be counted.
