There is still time to RSVP for our Membership Tea which will be at the lovely home of Jayne Drucker on Sunday September 14th at 1PM. Paid up Sisterhood members please RSVP to Anita Weiss at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 772-489-2793. This will be an afternoon of delectable refreshments and an opportunity to catch up with our members. There will also be the installation of our Sisterhood officers. I look forward to seeing you there!
September’s arrival logically follows August but somehow the summer months have flown by and we are already preparing for the High Holidays! There are so many levels of preparation but our Sisterhood membership, under the direction of Carol Resnick, happily engages in the organization and assembling of the varied aspects of our Break Fast which will be Saturday, October 4th immediately following services. Please contact Carol Resnick at email@example.com or call 772 388-9220 if you are able to help in any way. Kugels and other side items are always a welcome addition. Please let Carol know if you plan to bring a food item or if you can offer other assistance! The Break Fast is open to High Holiday ticket holders and it is important to please RSVP to Trudie firstname.lastname@example.org or call 772 569-4700. This insures that the proper amount of food is purchased and prepared. The Break Fast is jointly paid for by TBS and Sisterhood.
Ladies if you haven’t sent in your Sisterhood membership renewal, please continue to support Your Sisterhood by sending in your dues! Checks can be left in the bayit or sent to our Membership chair, Nancy Marx Erickson. If you have any question about membership, please contact Nancy at email@example.com or call 772 567-2039. Also please be sure to send up to date contact information, including email! Our Programming chair, Cathy Berkowitz has organized an exciting array of programs and events that are sure to please! Cathy has also proposed additional Rosh Chodesh events during the year. Ultimately, they would be led by a layperson. If you are interested in participating please contact Cathy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 919 830-3844.
Thank you to all the Sisterhood members who have renewed their membership for 2014-2015. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at our Autum Membership Tea and other Sisterhood events!
